Woods of the West

This is an example of a large Jarrah box we custom made to hold a n electronic keyboard prototype.   The box was hand crafted from beautiful Western Australian Jarrah was left unlined and fitted with 2 square brass catches.  The box had the logo of the designer of the keyboard in the shape of a Kangaroo which was added by a local artist that specialises in hand burned pyrography.  The prototype was such a success we made a further 20 identical boxes.

Timber Type - Jarrah, Sheoak, Silky Oak, Woody Pear etc,
Dimensions (External and/or Internal) - Sketch or picture if possible
Lining colour - black, blue or burgundy felt,
Hardware - hinges/catches brass or nickel
