Woods of the West

This is an example of a large Silky Oak Accessory Box we custom made to duplicate the design of a client's existing non timber box which had reached the end of its life.   The box was hand crafted from beautiful Western Australian Silky Oak had three bottom drawers each with different internal division layouts and a top opening main section.  It was lined in burgundy felt and fitted with 2 square brass catches.  It was also engraved with her initials using a local artist that specialises in pyrography.

Timber Type - Jarrah, Sheoak, Silky Oak, Woody Pear etc,
Dimensions (External and/or Internal) - Sketch or picture if possible
Lining colour - black, blue or burgundy felt,
Hardware - hinges/catches brass or nickel
